“If anything he drove too slowly and carefully but he was on time, car was clean as was he.”

“247 Airport Transfer are reliable and offer a good quality of service at a competitive rate. After several uses of the service, I can say the vehicles have been smart and clean, with well turned out and courteous drivers. I always use them for airport transfers when passing through London, and recommend them to others.”

“Very good service. My only complain is that I have tried the option of choosing the driver a couple of times and it never worked and they even tried to charge me for the extra service when it was not provided. Maybe it would be better not to offer it if they can't provide it.\n\n”

“The actual drive to the hotel and the driver were excellent - no problems at all, very polite and straight to the point. The only thing is we had to wait for the driver to arrive, maybe 10 minutes. It's not a lot, but I feel the waiting should be left to the driver since this is a service. Will still recommend and re-use once back in London.”

“Although I booked a local taxi the vehicle came sum distance and was unable to accommodate an earlier pick up. They did try and were very helpfull. Car was clean and drove safely”

“Driver was on time and we were helped with our luggage and taken swiftly to the car. Driver was firendly but not chatty...we prefer not to chat we like a quiet trip especially after a long haul flight!”

“I found the online service very good but I wanted to book a return journey and thought that I actually had however, the email said otherwise and I ended up using a local service. Therfore, the company missed out on a booking and when I rang up about it 3 times the operator reckon he couln't hear me, I found this a little anonying hence using a local service to where I was visting. The plus side was the outward journey was very pleasant and altough the driver did not speak much he was on time and his vehicile was spotless and comfortable. The only negative was that he was texting while driving and this made one of my Mum very nervous.”

“I have been satisfied with the service received. The drivers have either been on time or arrived within a few minutes of the reserved pick up time. All drivers but one have been quite good drivers and smartly dressed with clean cars.”

“We booked an 8 seater for 5 people for extra space & unfortunately this was not the case as we struggled with legroom as the seats faced each other!\n\nBoth cars were clean & both drivers were polite, look forward to booking again soon.\n\n”
