“Everything went smoothly. I was reassured that the details of my booking had been received beforehand and the taxi was waiting for me when I was ready to leave. My driver was great, let me sleep as it was an early morning pick-up! Thanks”

“I found the service of both your office staff and the driver is very good except that the car was late by an hour. I was told that there was a heavy jam going to the airport.”

“My driver was friendly and professional and it was a very good drive home. My only issue would be that the route was a little longer than I expected. Apart from that it was an excellent ride, thank you.”

“Well, we stayed pleased from your service and everything worked in a very satisfying level. Although if i could suggest sth , it would be good the driver could give some tourist or other important info to the customers if needed. Other than that our driver was very good , gentle and ready to help with the baggage . If we ever visit London again you will know it! Finally ,another suggestion, keep a record from customers u already have serviced for future offers or for new ones that were recommended by us to ask your service. \nRegards and happy new year!”

“Website needs to be improved...can take up to an hour to book on my ipad...can't get website to work on my pc as all fields not displayed properly. This experience has been very frustrating. Customer service is very good and drivers always on time. It is noticeable when jobs are outsourced to other companiesm”

“I have used you company many time and are very happy with your service. Last time we got pick up at the airport, the chauffeur waited out side for us. I was a bit surprised, but it was fine since I live here. \nBut often I have family visiting and it would have been more difficult for them to find the pick up point outside.”

“The only thing that I would like to see if each time I get a car just 15 mins before it arrives I would like to have a text message to say it is on way and make, model and reg no. If and when possible as I have cars 3 times a week the same driver.”
