“Have always received excellent service and attention.I normally make a teleohone booking and have found staff amiable and helpful. The same must be said for all my drivers who have been very puntual on all occasions.”

“I give only 4 starts instead of 5 because there was some mix up with the pick up location though it could have been my fault when typing in the house number (but maybe there could be an extra confirmation step in the online reservation process?). Nevertheless, the driver called 2 or 3 minutes before the pick up time to confirm the pick up address and since I was only 2 minutes away, it didn't really matter.”

“Driver was late for airport pickup but made up for it with his pleasant personality.\nI continued to use the service a few more times in London and am satisfied with punctuality and reasonable pricing. Cars are clean, courteous drivers. Service is easy to book.”

“We have used 247 Airport Transfer to go and to come back from Gatwick.\nPerfect trip to go to Gatwick.\nTo come back, the car had a mechanical issue. A light appeared only 10 minutes after starting. We had to pull out at a gas station to pour water. It only took 2 minutes.\nIt was not a problem for us but we didn't expect 247 Airport Transfer cars having such mechanical issues.\nWe arrived on time so no problem!”
