“Collection was excellent - vehicle was on time, car was clean and bottled water was provided. The driver was courteous and efficient. The only fault was the confirmation email was sent to my daughter's email after I had gone to some length to explain it needed to be sent to my email. This meant I had to call on the day of departure to confirm a vehicle was definitely booked.\n\nThe above booking was done by phone. Prior to that I tried to book on line several times with much difficulty, Basically I couldn't progress the booiking because I kept getting a message that an alternative phone number was required for the non compulsory field! I did not have another phone number to provide, I tried to rebook several times to no avail,”

“There have been problems when reserving online 1) with my home address. Cars go to the high road instead of my specific address. This seems to be the default or maybe operator error on my part but the software could be clearer on this since the problem has happened three times; 2) I arranged for an airport pick up arriving from abroad. I received a call for arrival clarification but would have greatly preferred an email communication as I had poor phone service. In the end the car was at a different terminal than where I was.”

“Certain of your car description are not those commonly used by people living in America. For example Estate Car, in Canada and the USA might use Hatchback or Station Wagon.”

“the 247 transfer service I used for my London pickup was excellentt. The area to improve is the online payment provider. I almost gave up due to Paypal's horrible service, having to rekey in my payment details 3 times and got an error each time i submitted!! Finally through the chat, i got another link to payment sense whuch worked perfectly. *** the driver was superb. But pleaee do not mandate us to use paypal when it is a waste of time indeed. I woukd give 5 star if not for the frustration with paypal and the lenghty explanation i had to give the online support person repeatedly before she sent me the payment sense link.”

“The car was nice. The driver was nice, polite, and drove the car very carefully and safely within the speed limit. He helped with the heavy luggages. The only thing he could do better is to be on time. He was late about 15 minutes which was enough for our family to be nervous if we were to be late to the airport. He should have realized that the pickup address is in the city and he should plan for the traffic.”
