“I am using this service since 2011. At beginning and at my arrival flights to UK, I had to wait for the driver about 15 min after I got my luggage, this seems to have improved; but previously the drivers handled my luggage, this time I carried my luggage by myself. \nAt my return flight, I've got an e-mail from the driver that he has arrived to pick me up from my address. This is funny! Would you check your e-mails at the last minute before you leave the place? Actually I didn't, I looked at the clock and thought go outside and look. The driver was there. But is it that expensive to call an abroad mobile phone??\n”

“The service was punctual, courteous and efficient. However a couple of observations based on our experience of transfers from Luton airport to London King's Cross area. On the day of arrival at Luton unfortunately the taxi was unable to draw up to the airport terminal which meant a 7 minute walk out in the wind and rain with luggage to get to the carpark where the vehicle was parked. Not your fault perhaps but an unsatisfactory way to arrive soaked nonetheless.\n\nThe second observation is the price, namely ?54 one way ?58 the next for transfers between *** to ***. Seems very steep by international standards.”

“My address was in The Strand, and both drivers had trouble finding the address. (pick-up from airport and pick-up from The Strand back to the airport).\nHowever, your drivers are polite and your service was punctual. Thank you”
