“It would be useful to send a text to assure customers the driver is on the way. I ordered my transfer for 4am and I was concerned about my driver being on time - he was exactly on time so no complaints whatsoever but in the interest of improvements this is the only thing I csn think of.”

“Provided driver information and confirmation prior to day or reservation. Responsive customer service, good drivers and clean cars that are as advertised. Round trip from buckingham palace to heathrow for 100 pounds. Pickup at terminal two was right in front of costa coffee which is directly in front of terminal baggage claim exit so same thing as a meet and greet. Flight was delayed 3 hours and driver was there on one. Would use again.”

“The car arrived promptly and we got to the airport in plenty of time. He was a very safe driver, and the journey passed quickly - I was really impressed! I would definitely recommend this service - it was real quality, at a very competitive price.”

“I appreciated the excellent communication and timeliness. One area for improvement is to have the driver not smoke in the vehicle before picking up the client. It was obvious on our return trip to Heathrow, due to the residual odor.”
