“The car was clean and the driver was personable. \nThe customer support is excellent, questions and e-mails are responded to very quickly. \n\nMy understanding was that I would be met inside the airport, but that was not the case. I did, however, receive a call from the driver directing me to the area outside where I was to wait. \n\nThe driver could not provide a receipt, but once requested, I easily received one from the customer service desk.”
