“Airport transfer arrived on time and the driver was very polite both to and from the airport. I will definitely use them again. Just one improvement that could be done was when we came into Gatwick. Our name could have been clearer, far too small to see with so many people arriving.”

“Exceptional service. We pre booked a transfer from Heathrow into London and all went very smoothly. Confirmations before and times adjusted to exact arrival. I will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone. It was just two of us but they can definitely accommodate more people.”

“Booking Booking was easy and quick and, from our research, 247 offered the best pricing. We also had a query about the vehicle suitability for our group that was promptly answered. Communication Communication was good with 247 calling to confirm the details before each travel. For the arrival (first trip), there were 3 calls for things that could have been asked in 1 call - slightly annoying if you are at work, but better than no communication at all! - but for the return everything was confirmed in 1 call. Booking had been done several weeks before so this confirms they have a good system in place. There was a slight delay on arrival but 247 quickly helped us to make contact with the driver. Drivers Both drivers were nice and helpful. There was a slight delay on arrival but that is easy explained by the amount of traffic that there was. On the return journey the driver was there at the expected time. Price paid was the same agreed to when booking. Travel The time it took to travel to both destinations were within what was given when booking, so 247 also seems to have a reliable travel duration forecast system.”

“Cab driver contacting the account holder 3x although there is a passengers number clearly mentioned on a booking. Rude behavior - asking the account holder: ''Are you coming out or not'' although the passenger and account holder are located in a totally different addresses.”

Dear Demi, Thank you for your feedback and explaining us what happened. We are tremendously sorry for the extremely inconvenient situation that our driver has put you in. I can assure you the relevant action has been taken towards the driver and we will be using this negative feedback on board to improve our services as best we can. The drivers receive their jobs on their mobile phone number and they check the names and phone numbers mentioned at "passenger details" field. Most probably this may have led to this confusion, specially because the passenger's travelling details were written in the "comments" box. However he has no excuse for his behaviour. We take issues such as this very seriously, and in order to keep our operators providing the best service possible we issue penalties for behaviour that is unacceptable. Once again, please allow us to express our apologies for the situation you encountered and the hopes that you will benefit from our services in the future. “My ride from Heathrow to my hotel was great. The driver was on time and he helped me with my luggage and got me to my hotel promptly. However, the ride from the hotel to Heathrow was not so great. The driver was waiting behind my hotel and he didn't call me to let me know. Then he drove so slowly to the airport and all the cars were passing him because he was so slow. I think he wasn't used to the car he was driving but it was a painful ride. I'm just glad I decided to get to the airport early. In all, I will likely use this service again, whenever I go back to London.”
