“I needed to make last minute travel arrangements for my son who was coming to the UK from the US for the first time. “I had to reschedule my pick-up date due to a missed flight. The Support service at 247 was very helpful, pleasant and very quickly responded with the necessary changes and provided regular updates. The driver was also very kind and courteous. I will definitely use your services from now on as I have transfers along the same route on a regular basis and would also recommend your service to anyone anytime.”

“I was entirely satisfied with the the procedure, speed and customer service received however if I had to sight an area for improvement I might have liked to deal with the matter entirly by phone instead of waiting to apply payment via another website. That said I can see the value of the security in this extra layer of the procedure.”
