“Due to high level of satisfaction, am unable to offer suggestion for improvement. Driver was a little late for pick-up because of traffic but had tried to contact us. Still got us to destination in good time. Was courteous and safe.\nOrdering procedure months in advance, was prompt and helpful.\n\n”

“VERY GOOD SERVICE AND FIXED PRICE\nI made all my arrangements (from Malta) before my departure date and I had no problems (didn?t pay in advance). The driver turned up on time for both transfers. Very professional and competitive price ? highly recommended.\n”

“We used your service twice. First time it was on Aug 7 from Heathrow to city of London. The driver was 15 minutes late. But nonetheless the experience was OK. The second time it was on Aug 11 from city of London to Gatwick airport. We happen to get the same driver. This time he was on time. The one thing he could do to improve the experience is if he could turn his music down in the car. Both times he had his volume very high in his car, playing disco music. It got to be a bit too much after listening to it for a while, especially the car ride from London to Gatwick was one hour 15 minutes. Also he was a bit rough on stepping on the brakes, so after a long car ride of the choppy motion, it was a bit rough. Otherwise it was OK.”

“Everything was great. I chanced upon your advert the day before our depart. I booked. You emailed to confirm. You followed up with another email to make sure the booking was sound.\nThe driver turned up early, got us to the airport in good time. He chatted with us all the way.\nIt turned out cheaper than a tube to Victoria train station, and a bus to the airport, whilst dragging luggage - quicker and easier too!”

“Your reply to my emails were made promptly. Could further provide details on internet / email about 10% discount offered to online registered user, that the discount only apply to the base price, not the priced quoted in email.”

“Areas for improvement:\ninduction of / support for new drivers (orientation, time management) \n\nPersonal review: \nGreat customer support in booking and confirming transfers. The vast majority of the transferes we have been using were delivered by good drivers, using clean, reliable cars, arriving in time at the meeting point. Excellent conditions and service for the "executive cars". Great value for money for airport transfers.”
