“I have used this service several times, both from and to Heathrow. The online order procedure is very easy to use and when I've needed additional information the customer support personnel have been most helpful. Overall the service is outstanding. The drivers have always been on time, very professional, and it is always possible to reach someone by phone in case of any last minute issues. On one occasion our flight did not arrive at Heathrow until the next morning and without any contact from us, the driver was at the airport that morning with our name on a sign in the arrivals area. I couldn't be more pleased with service provided.”

“There is nothing to improve! Everything is fine. Drivers are always nice really taking care of their passenger(s). Probably, abigger van would do best: 19 seats, perhaps?? I will continue using this company and its services, however. The live chat is a very good idea and an enormous help indeed; the operators always kind and cooperative. Thank you”

“The car was clean, the driver was pleasant and professional, and had no problem stopping en route to collect the house keys. I wish the website was less clunky and easier to use, but the actual car service was excellent.”

“We were very pleased with the service we received from 247 Airport Transfer. The online chat support was very useful for booking. At the airport, the driver was there waiting for us after getting through customs. He was helpful with our luggage and the vehicle was perfect for our family. In the future, I would recommend that the driver avoid using cell phone while driving to ensure complete safety to all on board.”

“Really helpful operator staff, especially when I had a change of itinerary which was followed by a super quick partial refund which represented the true difference in value of the two journeys which i was really impressed about. Drivers were helpful, polite and very knowledgeable for alternative routes when we hit a traffic jam.”
