“This was the best taxi service i ever had. First I need to thank the company for maintaining high standards but also the individual company "Gold Partner" which is an amazing company. The drivers are very professional and always ready to help. On the day of my flight, my lift was broken and the driver himself bothered to get out of the car and carry 3 Heavy suitcases all by himself down (1 by 1). I was really impressed and was waiting for the day, i get to 5 Star this company. Would definitely recommend anyone to book "Gold Partner" quotations, they are really the best and i hope the remain so.”

“I have used this service several times, both from and to Heathrow. The online order procedure is very easy to use and when I've needed additional information the customer support personnel have been most helpful. Overall the service is outstanding. The drivers have always been on time, very professional, and it is always possible to reach someone by phone in case of any last minute issues. On one occasion our flight did not arrive at Heathrow until the next morning and without any contact from us, the driver was at the airport that morning with our name on a sign in the arrivals area. I couldn't be more pleased with service provided.”

“There is nothing to improve! Everything is fine. Drivers are always nice really taking care of their passenger(s). Probably, abigger van would do best: 19 seats, perhaps?? I will continue using this company and its services, however. The live chat is a very good idea and an enormous help indeed; the operators always kind and cooperative. Thank you”
