“The airport transfer service was excellent and efficient on this occasion. The driver was polite and helpful with my luggage. The drive was smooth and relaxed. I do not hesitate to recommend.”

“I give only 4 starts instead of 5 because there was some mix up with the pick up location though it could have been my fault when typing in the house number (but maybe there could be an extra confirmation step in the online reservation process?). Nevertheless, the driver called 2 or 3 minutes before the pick up time to confirm the pick up address and since I was only 2 minutes away, it didn't really matter.”

“I loved the early morning tour of the central London that the driver gave to me on the way to Heathrow! The drivers are nice modest men. \n\nI think the company should invest into English language lessons for their drivers. I am not saying their English is bad or not enough to interact with a customer. I mean that they deserve this kind of help to aid their faster integration into UK society.\n\nThank you!”

“Excellent service. The car was clean and roomy and our driver, ***, was careful and very efficient. Since we found out about 247 we have always been using them, for a few years now; especially since they provide baby/ child seat... Good value for money too.”
