“We got picked up early morning in London, it would have been nicer if the driver said anything (he grunted and opened the boot and then not a word until the airport) and make feel me a little safer getting into an unmarked taxi by saying. Hi, im xx from airport transfers, are you xxx for the booking to xxx...”

“the order procedure was very straight forward although it owul dbe helpful to be contacted by text rather than emil hours before th epick up as I don't always check my emails. My driver was 10 minutes late which was stressful but we still made it to the airport in time.”

“Meeting point procedure at London Gatwick Airport was not as smooth as it could have been, I had to telephone 247 Aiprort Transfer to be put through to the driver to find him in the concourse at Arrivals.”

“The price is the principal attraction of the service. Pickups in London going to the airport are always on time. Pickups at the airport are good. The biggest problem I have is specifying the right time for the airport pickup. It would if the service monitored the arrival times of the flights their passengers are on and planned to be at the airport at the appropriate time.”

“The driver couldn't find the address by himself so I had to go out and meet him. But other than that the service was excellent. Definately would recommend.”

“The service was good. Although the driver was late, he did phone to let me know. However, for a booked 7.30am pick-up, he did not arrive until 8.00am. Whilst I appreciate that traffic can be unpredictable in London, when a driver is booked for an airport run, I would suggest that 30 minutes delay may be unacceptable. In my case, it was not critical, as I had allowed plenty of time to catch my flight, although I did not have as much time at the airport as I had wished. The driver was polite and apologetic and I have no complaint about him. A prompt pick-up would have resulted in a 5 star review. I have used the service before and will do so again.”
