“Please make sure all your drivers know how to use the device to provide us with free wifi. One of the drivers we had did not know how to turn the wifi on, making us very inconvenient. Thanks. Other than that , good service.”

“we had booked for 2 pick ups on differet days.Good service on one occasion when i (***) picked up as the lady driver waiting at the arrival lounge. But when my wife (***) visited the guy did not pick her from arrival lounge as he said he stuck in traffic and picked from passenger pick up area.. He should have be on time to waite for her as she came with a small kid and need to manage her luggae.. would have been better if he come on time & waited for her at arrival lounge\n”

“Generally very good. Only real criticism is emailing me to get me to confirm booking whilst I was away and had no access to emails. Sometimes it would be easier to use text messages rather than phone calls that are hard to hear/understand.”

“The only negative comment I can put forward is that drivers were just a little late: 5 minutes late at the airport and 10 minutes late to be picked up from hotel. Otherwise, all was OK.”
