“I would like a call 15 minutes before the car is due to arrive and letting me know what car and how is picking me up”

“We were very satisfied with the service, the driver was very helpful already in the airport when we had to shop before heading towards the hotel. Everything went very smoothly. \nAlso when making the booking via internet I got very prompt and nice service.”

“I was entirely satisfied with the the procedure, speed and customer service received however if I had to sight an area for improvement I might have liked to deal with the matter entirly by phone instead of waiting to apply payment via another website. That said I can see the value of the security in this extra layer of the procedure.”

“Be able to receive passengers due to earlier flight arrivals n custom clearance ( 1/2 hr before stipulated time ). That would help!”

“Everything went smoothly. I was reassured that the details of my booking had been received beforehand and the taxi was waiting for me when I was ready to leave. My driver was great, let me sleep as it was an early morning pick-up! Thanks”

“I don't have any complain. The booking process was simple, the pick ups were on time and the driver friendly and polite. The customer service was efficient when I called to change time of booking. Overall I booked 3 journeys with 247 during my holiday in London and all 3 went smoothly. I am very pleased with 247's service and will certainly book with them again. I highly recooment this company to others.”
