“It was a very good trip on en off the airport. I really liked the option to book it online so I didn't had to worry about a taxi when arriving at the airport.\n\nThe only minor issue was that the driver on my way to my training ask me if I knew where the building was, because she didn't know it. But luckily it was near the address we were heading.\n”

“We used the service three times on our recent trip to London. Overall, the service was excellent. The only glitch was the last trip from \nSouthampton to Heathrow. The driver was supposed to pick us up at 8:30 a.m. I called your office twice, and ultimately received a call at about 8:42 a.m. from your drive that he was there, but he didn't make himself known by holding up his iPad with my name on it until 8:45 a.m. We made it to the airport on time, but it was a little aggravating, especially given that the drivers were a little early on the first two trips we took. Also, your 8-person van luggage storage was filled to the brim by only four passengers.”

“Overall very good just unlucky on the home bound journey there was an accident on the M25 and we could not get our taxi from Gatwick and had to get the train home. But an apology was made.”

“Driver on the way out to airport was on time etc. Driver on way back hadn't read the details about my flight and was calling me as I was landing to explain he was running late, whereas because my flight was late, I was the one actually behind schedule. \n\nGood, swift and polite journies though.”

“Good easy service, only let down by driver not knowing way and taking longer route when not required. Other than that great service and polite driver with nice touch of water in doors on your arrival.”

“Website does not work with older browsers.\nI did not receive a booking confirmation via email right away and had to call to receive one. As a business customer, the timely receipt of a confirmation is important to me, so I can claim the costs asap.\nOther than that, excellent service, polite drivers, not on the phone during driving. I'll use you again.”

“The order procedure was straightforward and the drivers were very prompt however on the outward journey (30/04/14) the driver was driving way too fast. It was a foggy morning and I didn't feel particularly safe and I n hindsight I wish I had told him to slow down.\nWe did also notice on the return trip the drivers licence which was on display had expired, however as a driver he was very good.\n”

“punctual pickup. the driver did his very best in very bad traffic to find an alternate route . He was extremely courteous and kind in assisting us with our heavy luggage. At no time did we feel at all stressed during the trip to Heathrow.”
