“It can be hard to tell the good cab / airport transfer firms from the bad online, and when I picked Airport Transfer 24/7 on the strength of a few good reviews ? plus the competitive price ? I already had a backup plan in mind just in case the car didn't turn up on schedule.\n\nMy concerns were completely unfounded. Although the website is a bit fiddly, it was easy enough to book online and pay by credit card. (Cash bookings are slightly cheaper, but I paid by card to make life easier.)\n\nI needed a 7am pickup from my flat in north London, to be dropped off at Luton Airport. In the event, the car arrived about 15 minutes late. I had plenty of time to spare, so this wasn't a problem ? and importantly, the firm called to let me know.\n\nThe car itself was clean and tidy, the driver competent and friendly, and the trip uneventful. Just what you want from an early morning ride, in other words.\n\nOverall, no complaints at all. Competitively-priced, friendly service and good communication. Will definitely use again.”

“Good service overall, last minute availability and price was very reasonable. However, despite confirming a pick up time, they were about 35 mins late to collect. At least they phoned to tell me but, really, they shouldn't have confirmed if they wouldn't be able to do the pick up time.”

“II think you should put a sticker with your logo on the cars so it would be easier for customers to find where your car is parked. Your service is really good so I have nothing to criticize.”

“***** did a very good job, taking us from London City Airport to Heathrow. For two persons the cost was less than for public transport. If we hadn?t have to wait for 10 min before pick up, everything had been perfect. \n\nI am fully satisfied with the order procedure and customer support. One minor complaint is that your web site does not work properly with any other web browser than ********.”
