“Had to cancel insurance due to being sold a faulty van and sent it back to seller.. I was charged around £700 for 3 weeks insurance which I feel in some cases people pay way less than that for a whole year.. I was told this was due to set up fees but how can that be if people pay way less than 700 for insurance for a year with the set up fees etc.. I do feel ripped off to be honest. On a good note I have been dealing with Mandy Lanning who is a massive credit to your company.. shes helped me with my claim and was very understanding with my issues and even helped in her own time and picked up my phone call when she should of been heading home from a long days work so thank u mandy I cant thank u enough :) A++++++ service from mandy but unfortunately with the amount I've been charged I cannot recommend this company for insurance”

“Natalya was excellent and her service was prompt professional and personable. I particularly like they way she easily opened up a conversation whilst finding out certain required information. 1st class service meant that we chose 1st Choice as our broker thanks to Natalya. In the end it wasn't about the premium, which was competitive, it was about the customer service which was absolutely brilliant.”

“I spoke to Anthony who was very helpful in sourcing the correct insurance for me and I was satisfied with the outcome. I was however disappointed that even after clearly arranging for spreading the payments over 9 months, he tried twice to take the full sum of money. It was only when I contacted my bank thinking something was wrong with my new business bank account, I was informed that the payment didn't go through due to insufficient funds. Insurance companies never cease to rip us off. I have had several incidences with insurance companies before.”
