“I transferred our business to first choice due to speed and efficiency and cost effectiveness of their service. The person whom I dealt with was quite efficient and to the point, what impressed me was that , he just did not answered my questions without complete knowledge, but consulted with his colleagues to make sure he has answered them correctly.”

“My brother was involved in an accident with my car.He had his personal car insurance which allowed him to drive any car but my insurance company is so irresponsible that they forwarded only vehicle claim to my brother’s insurance and kept the personal injury claim on my name and didn’t issue the Ncd for 4 months until I made a complaint to financial ombudsman. I contacted them numerous times but they didn’t bother until the ombudsman intervened I think they didn’t do it so they can put the premium up so the company was making mistake intentionally to charge me . Absolute disgrace as an insurance provider”
