“Trinity Claims are brokers. They have a portal which says 4hr response time. This is utter nonsense. So is their claims email. I've been out of house n home 9mths due to flood. I'm vulnerable stressed and my anxiety levels are causing mental strain. I'm sick of being ignored . Can someone help?”
