“Alex really went out of his way to identify a mini fleet that would get us started on fleet insurance. He was thorough in making several calls to the insurer to make absolutely sure that everything was properly detailed and that coverage was therefore watertight. He was also realistic about what we could hope to achieve with our first year of mini fleet combined with young drivers, but gave a clear road map of what we could hope to achieve in future. Well done Alex - a very positive and personal service.”

“Extremely happy with the service from Jo Wellings at 1st Choice. Even though we had to make changes she called back within a few minutes with the answer, nothing seemed to be a problem for her. “Paid my annual insurance fully. Sent all the documents required, in the format they'd asked for, and on time, and accurately. 1 month later they emailed me randomly to say that they made some "corrections" (without telling me exactly what those corrections were), and not only increased by my premium by 20%, but also charged me 50 pounds admin fee. Had I known they were going to do that, I would have gone with another company. If you are between two companies, absolutely prefer the other one. You've been warned.”

From time to time, we get confused with a car insurance company that also has '1st' in its name. I apologise if you are a client and I have not been able to locate your account.
