Ordered my part off A2Z parts on the 18 of July,I expected 3-4 days for delivery but I didn't receive the part until the 29th of July,this is hardly a way to impress a 1st time customer.

Ordered a wing mirror top from The Wing Mirror Man that I needed for the following week on a certain date for garage to fit at the same time car was being serviced. Checked with retailer that I would definitely receive in time that they assured me it would. Part didn't arrive in time and the man at the call centre was very rude. I wouldn't buy from this retailer again.

Once I bought part on your site, it says has been tested, which it was faulty, false advertisement.

Thanks for your recent feedback. Saving money is our top priority however smaller items, after adding delivery costs, can sometimes make the price seem higher. It also depends on whether the parts are available and those in short supply, can sometimes come with a premium. We try to find the best price and it may be worth repeating a request, a day or two later. Seller initially sent a photo of a brand new spare, the one that came over a week later was rusty and full of holes. It was not safe for use on the roads, only the scrap heap. Contacted customer services on numerous occasions, I had to call a few times to get an answer about what the seller has replied. I will never use this site again if they allow sellers to actively defraud customers.

I purchased an axle assembly for my Honda Stream 2 weeks ago. I paid, pacakage arrived a couple days later, and you mistakenly sent me a hub assembly instead of an axle. Ive called Anthony several times. The one time he picked up he said he would figure out what happened and get back with me, which he has not. I have left several messages. Im out £70, I have no axle, and no word from 1st choice on how or if they plan to fix their mistake. Very unhappy, would not reccomend using 1st choice.

I wanted to buy a gear box for my car, there's was loads of quotes but with silly prices very expensive, I picked one of the quotes as it was good price , I told him all my details then he said yeah fine he sent me the gearbox it was the wrong one , he tried telling me it would fit my car , then after I opened case with pay pal he said hell give me money back if i sent it to him , to do this it cost me £50 , so overall I'm without a gearbox and minus £50 from web Buy on scrap yards

If after checking your emails or texts, you do not receive many quotes first time round, it's likely your parts were not widely available on that day. With over 150 Breakers nationwide however, between them they are processing literally hundreds of additional vehicles every day. So if you have not found the parts you need, you can log back into the site and re-send your request automatically. All the best Customer Care - 1st Choice.

Chose Car and Van Dismantlers 4* Rochdale, for a quote on a Ducato door. When asked to send photo of door they were going to send, they sent a photo of a perfectly acceptable door in plain white. When door arrived it was sign written with approx 50 characters. Long and short of it, I eventually got the money back but had to dispose of door myself, dispite phoning them every day for about 2 weeks. Avoid this parts supplier in Rochdale like the plague. What rogues they are.

I placed a order from A1 all car ltd through 1st choice and paid by pay pall they didn’t deliver my order after long time I cancelled my order and still haven’t receive my money back realy very bad experience I ever had in online shopping very poor service provided

1st choice spares seem a very good firm to deal with do what they say and quick, can’t say the same thing about the salvage yards most of them ask for more than part will cost new!!!! BUYER BEWARE OF SOME OF THESE FIRMS AROUND THE MIDLANDS AREA.

Terrible , enquired about a part , was told I would be called back , 4 hours later and my 3rd call your guy still had no answers , I was told again they would call back !!! I got angry and was told I had a bad attitude ...... shocking .

I recently purchased an engine from one of your recommended supplier, quick inspection of the engine upon arrival while courier was there looked ok, removed my old engine and started to swap the parts over only to find there was a difference with the timing cover, I spoke with one of the colleague who spoke with his boss and he agreed to credit me £100 to swap all that over too, but on removal of the cover I found the alternator bracket broken too and I was immediately back onto the company again with no joy, I messaged the supplier but still no reply, I had to pay for the alternator bracket to be alloy welded to complete the repairs on the car.

Beware - 1st Choice Spares have absolutely no control over their suppliers. I added a precise search for a part and the supplier (Sunrise) sent me a part for the wrong model. I asked them to arrange a return but the supplier said that I had to pay for the return which, apart from being against consumer law, is annoying! I asked 1st Choice to intervene and they told me that they have no control over their suppliers - this seems like a problematic business model for customers but a very appealing one for supplies who do not care about customer service or consumer law. I've finally received my refund two weeks later and the only crumb of comfort was 1st Choice refunded me the return postage after my ongoing rant with them and probably because they realise how poor it is that they have no ability or appetite to effectively manage their 'supply partners'.

The gearbox I received had no mounts or selector on it, I wasn't told this over the phone when I paid for it. I only found out, when my garage phoned me to say they could not fit it due to missing parts. I called the supplier from 1st choice and they were very rude on the phone telling me to send the gearbox back!! I will not be using 1st choice again as I am now majorly out of pocket

Ordered a replacement bonnet badge for my Renault Mégane Coupe. Money left my account immediately, now been waiting for 10 days and still not arrived. No correspondence from seller, no delivery date. Not a good service, very unhappy ex customer!!

The orange auto salvage company said they had what I wanted so put my vehicle in garage so when part come it was straight on but had to phone up after it was supposed to be delivered to find they did not have part cost me lot of money for nothing cheers
