“I ordered a length of door trim for my Astra, which didn’t arrive after 5 days or so. Phoned Hancocks who promised to send a replacement, which they did. Assuming the problem was with the postal service, I have awarded the 5 stars.”
“Great business model. Got me a part the first time I used it. Second time was not so successful but not your fault. One of your spares contacts said they had the part and took my payment and delivery instructions then refunded me the next day because they didn't actually have the part. I'm still looking a week later.”
“Got astranomical quotes from Birmingham companies and after paying was told it would be here straight after Christmas but after a Month and 12 phone calls had to as for my money back and get it elsewhere. At my age I dont have the time to waste”
