Did not work for me. I was after a rear passenger side lamp for my car. I gave the registration of the car in order to ensure the part matches the car. Got a quote and the part was sent, just to my surprise to find out that the part does not fit my car. I have contacted the seller and tried to return the part and get a refund. However, my endeavour has met an enormous resistance from the seller part. Its been more than a week now and I am still awaiting for instructions to send the wrong part and get refunded! This will be the last time I use that particular seller!

Bought a part for my taxi paid £102.00 they said the part would be out in two days,when it didn’t arrive by two days I rang asking where it was and they said it wasn’t working so didnt send it out but didn’t ring me to tell me that so I lost another two days work through them approx £300,I will never use 1st choice again.

Bloody joke. I was messed about by multiple different merchants and I reported it to first choice and they never even bothered to get back in touch despite giving detailed information about the issues and even one seller harassing me when I told them not to contact me any more and got my number off first choice despite me not giving permission for the company to have my number. Avoid like the plage

Very poor service sent wrong part and ignored calls for two day very very poor would not buy again got some of my money back but not all for them sending wrong part

I ordered and paid for a spare wheel on the 18 December which should have been delivered within 2 days and have not received anything. I have tried contacting the company via phone and email and have had no responses.

only 1 part delivered of the pair ordered. communication was non existent & service appalling. I'm still waiting for delivery of the other part, although unable to get updates or confirmation that it will match the other half of the pair which has already been delivered.

I paid£43-50 for a Renault Clio under engine splash guard from Renparts on 19-11-19 and am still awaiting delivery, after three assurances that it has been shipped..How about YOU try putting pressure on them?...

Wanted to purchase a rear bumper bar for a ford ranger 2003 rang to confirm that it would fit my ranger & that it would bolt straight onto the chassis was told yes it would so I placed the order. On receipt of the order the bumper came but with no fixing brackets made a phone call to sort this out only to be told nicely to get stuffed and I would have to get them on e-bay (BE AWARE PRIOR TO ORDERING ANYTHING)

I asked for quote for passenger seat belt receiver and provided my car details. There was no communication as to receipt of funds orvdespatch of item - when it arrived it was totally the wrong part just a common seat belt receiver whereas my car requires a special one with an electrical sensor to plug in to - so was completely useless - what a waste of time!

I have a very bad experience with the person who bought the light from , the told me they had the part when clearly did , took my money quick enough , kept me waiting and then sent my light which is not for my vehicle . I am not a happy man .

I bought a spare part from “Sparesmonkey” and payed £40 which I thought was a reasonable price. However, on receiving the part it had a damaged bracket on it. I contacted Jake on the phone and after explaining the problem we agreed that I would buy some glue and repair it myself, and he would refund me £10. I have not received the payment even after I emailed him with my mobile number. I Don’t like this monkey business, feel cheated.

I bought a high level brake light but it has been so badly wrapped by the seller that it had broken in transit. The seller said another would be sent but this did not appear. In trying to report the matter to 1St Choice I see that I can't even do that as my order is not showing in my account - puzzling since I have received two emails from them asking me to leave a review (so the order must be within my account!). VERY frustrating all round: no brake light and no support from 1st Choice in obtaining a refund.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Searched for a part. Paid. Waited 10 days for delivery. Chased them up. They requested photo if part. Replied within the hour. Chased a week later. Told dont have the part. What a joke. Why quote for a part you have not got. Shameful service from Orange Salvage. Don't waste your time look elsewhere

Very disappointed with the service I have received. After two weeks I still have not got the part. I would not buy again from Vauxhall’s Spares Ltd. I rang them and they told me a pack of lies I email them 4 times and now I had to get on to PayPal to get my money back. I still need the part so if there any other sellers with the part I would buy it

If after checking your emails or texts, you do not receive many quotes first time round, it's likely your parts were not available on that day. With over 150 Breakers nationwide however, between them they are processing literally hundreds of additional vehicles every day. Still waiting for refunds from Eurospares and R and R Auto salvage Ltd. first part was sent without sending pictures and it was wrong. The second never arrived they said had been sent to wrong address and could not find. Can you chase both of them up for full refund.

Ordered a BMW 116i Engine with CORRECT part code and received a MINI engine (the engine mounts were stamped MINI doh!). Refused to return at their cost and lost £50 as I had to pay to return before I was refunded. Oh.....also ordered a turbo for the BMW engine which didn't arrive at all (some lame excuse that you can't send a turbo with the engine...…..my arse) - Avoid these cowboys.
