“The transaction to get the spare part we needed was easy. The problem was with the courier.
The package was left at a nearby house, signed for by "Michael". Odd, as that house has been empty for weeks. The package was left on the front doorstep of the house for 24 hours on a busy road. Luckily it was still there when 1st choice directed me to the nearby address. Courier obviously couldn't be bothered to locate the proper address and abandoned the parcel on a doorstep. I wonder who Michael is ???”
“Excellent prompt reliable service at cheapest price but a little puzzled how quote of £140 immediately went to £160 when I called. Just extremely unusual.
However I needed part and was happy to pay the £160 and will recommend RM to friends.
