Paid £95 on 28 Feb for wing mirror for my Rover. expected delivery Wed/ Thur 5/6 March, still waiting 8th.
All day every day Andrew says " I will have to wait fro my partner to arrive, e is late this morning."
Will now try to get money back.

“We placed an order on the 19.02.20 and paid for the part,
MGS said they did not receive the part , we made several phone calls and sent emails .
We cancelled the order on Friday 28th we are still waiting for Rob Stryker to make a refund to us apparently we have to fill in some form, we have reminded him on two occasions now , but have not received any communication from MGS at all, regards, Karen Denne”

“Ordered part and paid for them by credit card on Monday 17 February. Supplier quoted 4 working days delivery. When part still hadn't arrived after 4 working days I telephoned to chase up, was told no-one available to speak to me and I would get a call back that day. Needless to say that didn't happen. When I phoned again on the following Monday, I was told the part hadn't even been dispatched yet and that they would look into and phone me back. Again I heard nothing. As the part has still not arrived some 3 weeks later, I have now had to go through the process of requesting a refund through my credit card company, which is total aggravation.”

“Not brilliant . Was after a front bumper, needed asap as was flying out of country the following day. Was informed 1 was available but kept waiting for most of the day (even after several calls & texts) awaiting a photograph to confirm colour that I was told was grey. .. turned out it was black at end of day and no photograph as promised.
Was also asked to give credit card details before purchase. Even though wrong colour and no photograph.
Got one off Auto spares via ebay the following morning 30 mins before flying out of country. They were spot one. Car all repaired and back on road now.”

“Ordered and paid for door on 13th, it turned up today 21st.
door was described as excellent condition but has major damage.
also door came strapped to 5 old tyres which we have to pay to dispose of.”

“Car parts (alloy wheels and tyres) that I was told were in : great condition" came to me in an appalling condition. Tyres clearly bald and alloys with multiple chips in them and being black very visible. Returned goods to seller waiting for refund”

“The part came quickly. Unfortunately, by the time I could get someone to fit it, the returns time had passed. The starter motor I had ordered didn't work. I sent an email to the company who provided the part, but didn't get a reply. I'm stuck with a part that cost £36, and had to buy another elsewhere.”
“100% useless. 4 breakers responded to my request stating a price for a used fuel tank.
All 4 breakers then said they have no tank available. one of them even took my money and left it 4 days before telling me they can supply.
wasted my time and effort. i wont be using 1st choice again. it'll be my last choice”

“With an mot pending in 2 weeks I needed a seatbelt,I was told no problem we got one in stock,phoned 4 days later told it was damaged, used someone else in 1st choice same deal so are they any good? Absolutely not there a waste of time and would never use them again”

If after checking your emails or texts, you do not receive many quotes first time round, it's likely your parts were not widely available on that day.
With over 150 Breakers nationwide however, between them they are processing literally hundreds of additional vehicles every day.
So if you have not found the parts you need, you can log back into the site and re-send your request automatically.

“I found the 1st choice part of the process. Effective and efficient. However the part I purchased was delivered as promised. On checking it, I found it faulty and contacted the supplier (orange automotive), sent pics of fault on request and have been ignored ever since. Basically spent £54 quid on a faulty part. Ripped off. 1 month guarantee counts for nothing”
