The price was fine but I had to ring as the part did not arrive on time, when it did it was in very good condistion, so it was agreed that I would get a £10 refund for the late delivery but to date I have not recived it.

“Ordered an engine for a Mercedes on 29th July. Not told it would take 7-10 days to deliver.
Eventually arrived today, 22 August. No paperwork. Mike Caffery only told me the 7-10 day delivery on 7th August after the rep Bailey had failed to do so. Very poor communication on all telephone calls. Failed to call back when promising to do so on several occasions. Only made progress when Mike was involved.”

“After requesting an oil cap for a suzuki celerio, I was told it was stock so I paid over the phone, monday it was supose to arrive, it was 2 days late and the wrong oil cap, after sending a video with the correct one and the one the one they actually sent me they told me they would get back to me but I've had no response, I am now waiting using an emergency oil cap when I could have purchased one sooner from someone else, very not happy,
Then they rang me asking me to change the bad Google review.
They then said I should have sent an image of the correct item that fits, even though they said they have a suzuki celerio oil cap in stock.
After phoning back a few days later they said it must have been lost in the post,
They then said we will send it out and it should be here Monday...
Apauling customer service!
What a waste of time and money!
I will not change a bad review after bad customer service, even if someone rings me and asks me to change it!

“I needed a Mercedes C class central locking door motor listed my request on 1st choice as a new one from Mercedes was almost £400 within 2 to 3 minutes I had 10 or 12 offers of the part most in the £70 to £80 range.
I chose my offer and had the part 4 working days later if I’m honest I do think a different choice in supplier would have seen the part here 2 days earlier.
But nevertheless it arrived fitted and saved me over £300 I would definitely use this service again.”
