“Placed a description, part number and photo of the part we needed. Within two hours we had three responses. Spoke to the first two, which were a dead end - one part wasn't a correct match, the second dealer never called us back after three phone conversations with them. The third on the list, Vaux Parts, were very helpful - double checked the part was an exact match, so we placed the order via the 1st Choice website. Part arrived four days later - sorted.”

Fitted by my garage. Failed within a week.
Headlight unit. Led part goosed but still ,at the moment , legal, but will fail eventually.Provider contacted . Car is a working vehicle Provider offered refund. I've spent money on unit, fitting of unit. Being asked to spend more to remove it, and cost of replacing it.
Charge back not applicable because of returns policy.
Asked for partial refund, no reply, being ignored.

“Excuses, excuses, Reload Auto Parts are either monumentally incompetent or just plain scammers. They took £250 from me two weeks ago for an exhaust system and have given me nothing but excuses over 6 telephone calls as to why they cannot deliver the goods. First it was they could not afford to pay a Courier then they were going to send their own driver and then they were going to send it by DPD and then they were going to send it by TNT. Nothing has arrived I would not recommend this firm to anyone and would recommend 1st Choice Spares to remove them from their site. I shall be contacting my credit card company for hopefully a pay back.”

“The part arrived broken so I sent a picture of it to the supplier. He promised to send another one out It never came he promised twice to come & collect the broken part but no one came. He said he has got someone calling for it today between 8am & 12 am. No one will come. He said he has repaid my amount via PayPal but nothing has arrived in my account. Where do I go from here?”
