Ordered a part over the phone and been told that they will send me some photos once part is out of a different car. Took money off of me straight away, 4 days later found out they have never send the part because they dont have it! No emails no phone calls to at least tell me whats what. Waste of time.”

Saving money is our top priority however smaller items, after adding delivery costs, can sometimes make the price seem higher.
It also depends on whether the parts are available and those in short supply, can sometimes come with a premium.
We try to find the best price and it may be worth repeating a request, a day or two later.

'Auto Parts Hull' responded within a very short while, and I discussed what I wanted with its rep, Andrew. He was very helpful, and the order was placed there. An online quotation was supplied. The part arrived about 10 days later, by Parcel Force. It was well-wrapped, in good condition, and exactly what I wanted. This 'spares' service was excellent from start to finish; so '1st Choice Spares' was a good resource for me to have used. Note, other '1st Choice' listed firms contacted me later; but I had to decline their offers - though always with a 'thank you'.”
