“bought the bare engine from Motors in Motion. Damaged engine was delivered. The Company took the engine back but refused to return a single penny of my hard-earned income. Beware ! they are fraud. Don't buy anything expensive from them. Today i registered a complaint against them in Trading standards and now consulting my lawyer to sue them in a day or two. Very very disappointed with them.”

We’re sorry to hear you have experienced problems with this supplier; however, even though you did make an enquiry on our system and the breaker was one of nine breakers to provide a quote, it appears that the breaker also quoted you via a different search portal. It was through the other search portal that you made the purchase. We understand that a complaint has already been raised there. As the purchase was made elsewhere we are not in a position to action anything for you.

The nature of recycled spares is that they are not always available.
If after checking your emails or texts, you do not receive any quotes first time round, it's likely your parts were not available on that day.
With over 150 Breakers nationwide however, between them they are processing literally hundreds of additional vehicles every day.
So if you have not found the parts you need, you can log back into the site and re-send your request automatically.

“We needed a part for my wife's Kia Venga, Kia was telling us 3-month wait as it had to come from S.Korea. We put up a request (with Part Name and number) on 1st Choice Spares and within a day we had two quotes - I phoned and clarified the part with the yard and the part was delivered two days later - Kia checked part and it was fitted - all round very good - would use again if needed”
“Response to (worldwide) search for a rare car part was excellent with 3 options available. The part is yet to be fitted so 5 stars not awarded, yet; (fingers crossed it works OK). Delivery was within advised timeline despite distance (UK to AUS). One disappointing aspect was the increase in the quoted price of the part which went up by 30 pounds sterling or just over 21.5%. Nevertheless, happy that the long search is over.”

“The item eventually arrived a week after first ordering due to payment hiccup (over-phone payment that didn't go through probably due to mis-understood card no). I tested item before attempting to fit and proved it was faulty. Sent Jap Parts an email with short video explaining what test had failed but nothing heard back then, out of the blue another week+ later, a parcel arrived containing another part. I have fully tested it OK so I am confident it will work when I fit it. I had to do a temporary bodge job to temporarily get my car back on the road!”
