“i had a number of replies to part request.
First company 'Orange', said they had the part. I asked to re-confirm that part number matched the one i needed , they said that it was the same. They asked for payment by card which i did. 24hrs later they texted to say that the part was no longer available and that no payment had been taken.
I responded to 2 other companies that said they had the part, and asked both companies to send a picture of the part......no response from either companies !!”

“We have purchased 2 ABS accentuators for our Mazda CX5 providing detailed information of the car and the exact part no. we require. Both times the part that came did not carry the correct part no. The second time, I returned it to the supplier within days of receiving it because it did not appear to be the correct part no. I have still not received the refund. Also, it is very difficult to get any assistance concerning purchases through 1st Choice.”

“Gave them details of what was wanted along with registration,sent me a pedal for a righthand drive.cost me £120 to get the right delivered and fitted.lost two days work and when I phoned them up all they said was take a photo and sent to us and we will look in to it. Sending part back and expect to get a refund. Not a happy courier.”

“Disgusting service. Car and commercial dismantlers ltd, who they put me in touch with are a Disgraceful outfit. They tell you they have the parts you need then sent damaged goods and only half the order. They refuse to give refunds also. avoid them like the plague.”

“Worst company I've ever had to deal with. So called good engine were infact a write off, had been overcooked and had broken parts internally.
Won't reply to email's sent, blocking my calls to them.
Now trying to get my money back, wonder how long that's going to take.”

“in response to my request for a Torsen limited slip differntial type II suitable for my MX5, six speed gear box i was contacted by a company called recycled cars and japgermansolutions. I spoke with a Mr Kahn who assured me he had the correct item, that was in good condition, and I agreed to pay £470, made up of £300 for the part, plus VAT and £70 + VAt for delivery. It came witha 3 month warranty. This was duly delivered and installed by my garage. I drove the car a few hundred miles, only to discover that the Differential had a leak, and that for some odd reason the speadometer was now reading 10 miles above the actual speed. Whilst I had the seal replaced I asked the garage to investigate what the reason was for the change in speedometer reading. It turns out that the dif was in fact not a limited slip differntial at all, but simply an open diff, faulty at that, and worth virtually nothing. I ahve video evidence and independent confirmation of this. Of course i called the company as soon as i was made aware of it, and spoke to "Adam" as Mr Kahn was not available, who promised to call me back. Of course he didnt, so i contacted him again, this time by email, ond once again have had no response. I told them in the email i would give them a chance to respond before i posted a poor review, but that was early Sepetember and they have not reposnnded. So far this debacle has cost me £800, and the installed Diff is inadequate and has devalued the car and i expect that to be refunded in full. I certainly cannot recommend anyone to purchase parts from this company ever.”

“Used motor in motion through 1st choice wish I never, ordered a part but when it came it was missing wires and a motor when I complained I was told that I should have known this.
So it cost me more in the end if you ever need a part please don't use motor in motion.”

“Renparts customer service is awful . I was sent a wrong part & have been trying to get the correct one since last Thursday . I have rang them repeatedly & sent photos & after being assured that someone will call me back at least 5 times I’m still waiting.
