“I ordered coil springs for my car on Thursday 6 June via yourselves from MG automotive Ltd. I was informed when I paid the parts would be with me in 3 to 5 working days. Today,over a week later I contacted MG Automotive and asked about when they would be delivered, extremely disappointingly, I was told they had not been dispatched yet. My cat is off the road while I wait on these parts,this is a shockingly poor service. Perhaps you can help?”

“What can I say short of fantastic! Our chosen bodyshop couldn't source the required panel albeit from the manufacturer at a hugely inflated price, filled in the details required submitted the info and within minutes I had a quote (not what I was prepared to pay I may add), about an hour or so later the second quote was in. A couple of photos from the supplier and myself to confirm correct item and funds were transferred. 2 days later my new wing with manufacturer part number arrived fantastic. 1st choice spares are the database to supplier's throughout the country once your happy with a quote from a supplier of your required part you deal directly with them and it works.”
