“Great service in terms of getting quotes quickly & efficiently, so saves you all the legwork. Good that invoices are also routed via this platform, it gives a little extra security.
My only issue has been with the 3rd party I found through 1st Choice - maybe it would be worth checking that partner companies are genuine & trustworthy. Customers will always associate the agent with a poor experience, even though they don't deal with you directly.”

“This was my first time trying to locate a part for my 18 year old slk, after trolling the usual sites without
success, I found a part in Australia! but postage was prohibitive. I came across 1st Choice Spares so tried my luck. I was contacted within the hour with contact details of a potential supplier. One phone call to them, money paid (very reasonable) and part was sent to me within 5 days inclusive of the weekend. Part was just what I needed. I know where I will be returning to next time.”
