agreed to supply front suspension for £125 and two brackets which we sent photos of just sent one wishbone rotted through and a ball joint that was destroyed and an old shock.no bracket first they denied getting the photos then said didnt know what they were eventually after my mechanics persistence we did get a very bent bracket basically just stole money.makes using this service again difficult.

Sent me the wrong starter motor for my van. And I am now out of pocket and van still off the road. Not good at all

Was given the option to not create an account and to go further as "anonimous". The offers werent vissible while having no account. Its a process issue. You should put it this way- if you want offers - create an account with username and pass OR make the offers visible based on a unique url that is generated from a specific request. Had no use of your website even if i'm still searching for the parts!

Terribly disappointing, I was told we have found the part, I made contact Twice, was told will be in touch once we confirm the condition of the part, no one has contacted me as yet

Misleading customers, i had 4 quotes from FIRST MERX PARTS LTD for a product and when called the supplier they tried to charge me £300.00 more then what they were advertising the product.

Quoted me over £60 for a used seatbelt mount for jeep, I ordered a new one from jeep dealers for £54 . Rip off or what.

It also depends on whether the parts are available and those in short supply, can sometimes come with a premium. We try to find the best price and it may be worth repeating a request, a day or two later. Not happy with supplier, disputing that part wasn’t how I wanted it and they promised it would be, even charged me £28 more so it would be exactly as requested. Emailed saying I wanted to return for full refund, not even answered me back. Very dissatisfied

Very bad service ordered the parts and been told 3 to 4 working days delibery. After these days when i called them they said sorry we have got damaged parts and cant complete the ordered. It would be best either tell me advanved that these parts are damaged or should have called me that this has happened and sorry for your incovience.

Part was delivered well after promised delivery date..even with my registration number the wrong model part was delivered and in very poor condition..even if the door was for my mk 2 gs300 it could not be fitted as it's in worse condition than the damaged one currently on it..stay away from this company and I will never use them again.

The service from my surppler is the worst I'm still waiting for my part they never rang me back on 2 phone calls to them to find out were my part is 2 day delivery a joke

The idea is good however the prices quoted are usually more expensive than what main dealers charge! Don't these 'specialist' people check the prices that dealers charge?

I think you should check out the suppliers on your site! Supplier 1: Renparts: rang up and ordered and paid for part on Wednesday told car it would be taken from coming in on Saturday.Following week no sign, rang back to be told it would be in but not for a couple of days. Waited another week to be told it was probably lost in the post and she would give me a refund. a) I don't like be lied to and strung along b) I need the part as it's a drivers side sun visor! Supplier 2: All 1 ALL CARS Ltd: have given up on them having phoned numerous times and left message to call me back (I have an answerphone) and emailled just in case. Heard nothing! Would not recommend either them or your site!

Only given one star as it should be a big zero One potential supplier did not send photos when requested eventually advised part requested was faulty A complete waste of time Not a service i would use again or recommend

Beware! They seem very nice on the phone then.... Orange Auto salvage sent me the wrong starter motor, said they’d replace it( Anthony)then didn’t and now are totally ignoring my requests/ communications to sort it. I’m nearly £70 out of pocket and still have the same problem!!!!

I requested for the left rear bumper o/s broadband FOG light and the right side was sent. Even after emphasising over and over that I needed the right side. Extremely disappointed.
