“Bought and paid for a heater blower, delivery was promised in 2 days. Nothing arrived , apparently they couldn't find the item but couldn't be bothered to tell me. Had to chase them for my refund twice, not impressed , wouldn't use again”

“I ordered my spare parts last Tuesday. Was told they’ll be delivered between Wednesday and Friday . Till today I haven’t received them. I explained to them that I rely on my car for work and I don’t get paid if I don’t have a car but still it didn’t change anything. They keep telling me the spare parts will be delivered. Starting to think that I was scammed.”

“Absolutely awful! After (eventually) getting through to Scottyard in London they first quoted for wrong side of car for the part I needed, then confirmed they had right side. They then said they do not send to Scotland or Northern Ireland, so we had to find an English address to send to. Then there ‘secure’ site would not accept credit or debit card & I had to top up PayPal in oder to pay for the thing. I have now waited 8 days for the part & 6 voicemail messages to them eventually ended in a call getting through last night, they then gave a tracking number that does not exist! Beginning to think I have been scammed for almost £200…”

“I ordered a gear shifter for my Nissan juke, the part turned up and was incorrect, so I rang up and said wrong part how do I exchange, to get ‘yeah I’ll send another out be there Friday’ didn’t take any details and just said give driver wrong one. So I wait till Friday and nothing shows up, ring again and say I need this part asap and told he’s ringing courier… 6:45pm I get a phone call saying yea they’ve lost it in delivery! I think this is a complete lie as didn’t take any details when I rang 1st time and now can’t even get through to return wrong part £120 wasted!! Highly suggest people stay away from these!”
