“I received one quote only. Called and confirmed with the seller and I was about to buy online. Fortunately, I decided to drive all the way from Nottingham to Birmingham to check the spare. Guess what? It turned out to be a wrong one, although all the required information was on my request. I also called and the seller confirmed that the spare is available. Now, I know that the bad review should go to that seller; however, there is no way to give a review to that seller since their review function is intentionally broken.
So after more of an hour of driving, the first engineer informed that the item isn't available. I asked why did they confirmed over the phone that they have it, but he had no answer. That was simply a mistake from the one who responded to the phone. He was too lazy to look at the details or just ask other engineer to confirm 😞”

“I asked for a near side mirror and the many offers came for a right side with widely varying prices which I was unable to carefully choose between. Eventually, one supplier rang to discuss and slightly pressured me into buying with next-day delivery. When it arrived 4 days later I was unable to use it and returning it seems impractical.”

“I have used this service over the years and have always been satisfied and recommended it to many people.
Recently I purchased a rear bumper for my Lexus RX450H. I received it properly wrapped up and did not unwrap it on arrival to confirm its condition. I knew it is a used part and will have some scratches which were acceptable. When I delivered the bumper to the Body Shop a crack was discovered on the bumper. I contacted the seller and they requested an image of the damage which I sent by email. The seller responded by saying it was damaged in transit and also I should have checked it on arrival. The body shop is charging me an extra £30.00 to fix the crack. The seller told me to send back the part for a refund. I would have to pay the postage. I was expecting the seller to offer some discount to go towards the repair. They offered a fiver. We ended up with no solution and I footed the extra. That was my experience with this particular seller.”
“Good system for sourcing used parts. Sadly the window motor suppled was not exactly the same as original and doesn’t work from the switch in rear but only the driver’s control. Having paid for a garage to fit this it isn’t cost effective to remove and return to the breaker’s who supplied it. Disappointed as they used car reg to identify the part needed.”
