Was mis-informed about the availability of the parts and after a compromise about spraying the parts I received the goods quite promptly. They were poorly sprayed, one was broken and I was lied to regarding the colour of one of the parts. Not recommend using this company again.

Totally useless. Sent wrong gear box. Would not drop it to the garage were needed. Still waiting for refund.

First you sent it to the wrong address, then when I spoke to you you were rude and told me to just go and find it myself

Sent me rusty parts, unusable. Had to pay for delivery of a pallet to return the goods (£85) which should have been refunded as per their returns policy. Instead, I did not get refunded any delivery charge, and received a reduced amount on the parts. They are claiming labour, but this was not itemised on the invoice. Where I should have received £457 as a refund, they gave just £264. Unacceptable. This was a distance sale, withe everything done online, so I am entitled to my money back. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I was promised a 12 month warranty, I got 30 days. I was promised a low mileage engine just out of a running sandwich van, I got an engine which had been sitting in a puddle for weeks if not longer and no provenance of the mileage. I knew the fuel pump was not going to be on it but there was no oil pump either. Even the hoses looked to have been cut months ago not fresh. I am going to check the engine with the local police to see if the engine can be identified as I could not locate an engine number on the block in the usual place. I suspect I have been a victim of fraud.

The breakers I was recommended were a absolute disaster. Sent wrong parts and wouldn't refund me . Phoned them on several occasions to know prevail. Do not use .

Do not use !!!!!!!!!!! I paid for a part that never got delivered and they would refund the money I had to go through my credit card to get the money back A BUNCH OF THEIVING LIERS

Used this to find a company for a part and the company phoned me and had the part I needed. I paid with my credit card. And never got my goods. WhatsApp the seller to find out where my goods was after 9 days. And he came out with all sorts of excuses. Blaming Coronavirus. But was quick to take my money. Now going though the bank to get my money back. Reported this to 1st choice spares last week and they never got back. Never pay with debt cards or you can kiss your money goodbye.

We do advise on how to pay on our website and emails, from our FAQs page: "Q: How do I order & pay for my parts? A: Check details and Compare prices on our web site. Click the PayPal/Card payment button alongside the quote and pay securely online. Call the depot direct and pay by Credit Card over the phone. I ordered the wrong radiator have been in touch with the company who supplied it but no response think it is unprofessional and not very nice

DISGRACEFUL SERVICE!!! Acknowledging the difficulty of the times, I can't give this seller a poor enough review. I was lied to on at least 4 occasions from frontline and management staff. Ultimately, the only decent member of staff (apparently) - Zubi - offered me a full understanding of how and why it took two weeks to get me my part. In fairness, there were circumstances out with the control of the seller but that doesn't take away from the need to explain to customers and provide a decent level of customer service. Incredibly, a manager started shouting at me for phoning when I've only ever received a single email from them - STAY CLEAR

I ordered the part on the 13th March and was assured that it would be delivered on the 17th. It failed to arrive and I was told that another one was being dispatched. This has also failed to arrive several days later and I'm now in trouble as I need it for my car's imminent MoT. I will never use this supplier again

I ordered a car part on 12/03/20 and paid for it . I was promised delivery on 16/03/20 . I rang on 19th and was told to expect it on 20th . I rang on 20th and was told they are not able to track it . Still waiting

Used foreign car spares to purchase the parts l needed. Parts were non serviceable and the company will not respond to my complaint. The reviews they have are appalling but they still appear on your site. What is the point?

Still waiting for my part to arrive. Originally sent the wrong part to me so I have had to return it to them (cost me £16)... a week later and I’m still waiting with my car off the road. Disgraceful service.
