“Your system was hacked and a guy pretending to be from NorthWestCar Spares sent a text with all the details for the part I wanted, and asked for payment over the phone which stupidly I gave as he had all the details of my car so assumed genuine.
He then took £700 out of my account and tried to take a further £900 out after I had frozen my card.
This guy can only have got the details through your site so maybe you need to review your security
The 2nd company I then contacted sent a secure link but after 4 days and much chasing I heard nothing
Eventually they told me the part they had was faulty so sourced another part which was wrong when it arrived
Finally I sourced the part myself but still need the refund for the wrong part and have to pay courier which I am not sure I will get refunded

“I was looking for a NSF arch cover and was signposted to a Derby salvage firm who sent the part. There was an issue with this part which was quickly rectified so I was impressed with that. No issues with 1st Choice Spares & would recommend.”
“Well impressed with in a few days of me putting my details on line got a reply to say they had a wheel to fit my XF. So I rang to organise payment and delivery address and within a couple of days it was delivered spot on phil”
“I was looking for a replacement rear light cluster. Having purchased one from E Bay for £25.00 and found it to be a very poor quality Chinese item I decided to spend more on what I thought would be a better quality one from 1st choices. So having paid £80.00 for one I was somewhat surprised to receive an exact same Chinese special! In the exact same box with the exact same tape!, for and additional £55.00!! And to top it it was broken. A call and some photo evidence that the cheap piece of tat was in fact broken and yet another was sent and received. They won't be going on the vehicle.”

“Do not waste your time with this! The site is fraudulent at best only knows what they will do with your personal information.. parts confirmed over a few calls and emails paid got a receipt then nothing no contact no refund and I'm still on the search for the parts required waste of time and money”
