“I asked for quote for passenger seat belt receiver and provided my car details. There was no communication as to receipt of funds orvdespatch of item - when it arrived it was totally the wrong part just a common seat belt receiver whereas my car requires a special one with an electrical sensor to plug in to - so was completely useless - what a waste of time!”

“1st choice spares were very prompt and impressive in finding a dealer that had the part I requested. I requested a front seat for my Suzuki van and was impressed how quick it came to Guernsey. I was disappointed however on opening the package as I expected a second hand seat consistent with the Suzuki models of that time and whilst I accepted that the dealer could not guarantee the colour I didn’t expect the seat to be a repair job. The part of the seat that you sit on had a leather section sewn in to the right side of the seat with the middle and left side of the seat in the original cloth which made it look so obvious that a repair had been done and unfortunately therefore looks rather odd/peculiar compared to the rest of the seat and the passenger seat beside it. Sadly this experience has put me off somewhat from ordering without seeing in future.”
“The replies were very quick, the costs were all reasonable. I went for the middle quote as the delivery was quicker and it was my daughters car and required it repaired urgently. One supplier complained my messages disappeared before he could read them. The field to send message will take a lot of description... but only the first 100 words are visible to the supplier, making communication VERY confusing.”

“Only problem I had was people were coming back with a price. I was answering within a minute. They would then ask for a photo and then say oh no we haven’t got that. Very frustrating. Gave up,in the end and bought new from ebay as 6 people did this to me or didn’t answer when I messaged them . Great idea and concept but needs tweaking”
