“Not a great experience, i had a quote from JB AUTO in Bury, they sent the wrong model part even though I put my reg number in the search and when i contacted them they were very rude and agressive. They will not cover return postage to return part avaid JB AUTO in Bury AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!”

“Ordered the part last Tuesday 15/1/2025 evening, did not receive the delivery until Tuesday 22/1/2025 and this only happened due to me ringing on Monday 21/1/2025 to check were the part was, only to be told that they would check and let me know. They did not ring me back, so I rang again to be told they were sernding another one out that night , for delivery the next day. This arrived as told at 10.15 0n Tuesday morning. On checking the paperwork this was not another part but the original one as the paperwork was dated 15/1/2025. Had to have a Hire Car for another 3 days due to their inefficiency, Not impressed”

“Very speedy responses from 2 of the nominated suppliers.
Next working day delivery.
Part was a DPF sensor switch for my 2013 Honda Accord. Part fitted by DPF specialists on Friday 17th Jamn, so still " running-in" and not yet able to give final verdict on reliability.
However, 10/10 to 1st Choice for the excellent service and professional & propmt response.
Would definitely use again.”

“They still have not prepared the part that I paid for over a week ago. They wonโt even let me go to their site and pick it up. They have wasted a lot of my time and I am a taxi driver. This is very poor service and I am not happy at all.”
