“Replacement driving controller was perfect.
Slight problem however with it taking 13 days to deliver instead of the 5-7 days I was told.
No communication from the supplier”
“1st choice gave a selection of quotes from suppliers very quickly, really pleased. Spoke a supplier on the phone they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I placed the order on 7th August but parts still not arrived, very disappointing when told 5-7days delivery. I phoned to chase and told they will be delivered 22nd, they didn't arrive so phoned again and received delivery info and tracking number, they weren't dispatched until 23rd August. I very now missed 2 arranged dates to have the repairs done. Tracking shows parts are with the carrier at suppliers local depot. This is not 1st Choices fault”

“Absolutely gutted.. bought an engine from MGS for £2600 with every single penny I have and the engine hasn’t arrived. It hasn’t arrived within the 5-7 days they said it would and no one can give me any answers as to where it is. My van is currently sat in a mechanics waiting to be fixed but there’s no sign of the engine. Email response is they will look into it but never got back to me. Called a few times but no one seems to have a clue where it is and keep saying someone will look into it, but as yet, they haven’t got back to me.
Last phone call they said next week someone will get back to me. It’s a bank holiday as well. How long does it take to find an engine?? Someone MUST know whether it’s been sent or not. One man on the phone said they would have to see if the engine has even been removed from previous vehicle yet.
I wouldn’t mind so much if it’s delayed or something if at least someone could give some info on when it’ll arrive or where it is now.
I’ve not even received a single apology from the 3 different people that I’ve spoken with - over the phone - Very disappointed!!”
