“First supplier Orange cost me a lot of time wasted by falsely stating they had the part in stock.
Second supplier Ones Group was brilliant and the deal went through smoothly and efficiently, I was well pleased.”
“Spares were misdelivered by Fedex and signed for by "L Bryan Flat 1" with no further address details. Supplier asked for details of delivery address used, but no response.”

Sadly for me the company who responded, had the parts, but proved utterly useless in dealing with me and in processing my order. Having failed to deliver as promised and failed to return my calls, I cancelled the order. Much to my surprise, the parts arrived by courier 8 days later and payment had been taken from my credit card.”
