“Overall I’m pleased with 1st choice ,just a bi iffy about some of your clients ,accepted offer for dpf valve sensor only to be told unavailable ,same with fuel tank then not available paid £120 more than 1st quote, then called by unavailable but increased price,needless to say I didn’t take him up on his later offer”

I do not know if i can sue them for taking £420 from my card when we agreed £400”
