“I was very pleased that 1st. Choice managed to locate a part for me which was very hard to find either new or s/h, within 48 hours. However to date, 14 days after ordering and paying for it, it has failed to arrive. That may be related to lock down, so I'm blaming Boris.atm. If it never comes, I will not hesitate to try 1st. Choice again for a second attempt.”

“I received my headlamp by courier at the specified time, it was the correct part and well packaged.
My only dissapoitment was the fact that it had no bulbs or bulb covers with the headlamp. I had to take the old ones out of my damaged headlamp of which two bulbs were broken and required a trip to Halfords,to buy new ones!
I would have though the whole unit would have come as a complete unit so that I could just replace it as a like for like!
Is this the norm? Because it should be stated as such, it did make it a longer job and additional expense for the two new bulbs I had to purchase as well.”
“They replied very quickly and I phoned to accept they then asked for a photo and it turns out to be the wrong part. So I actually had no dealing/
Their communication excellent perhaps too quick before verifing the part as I had given full model details and reg.no of vehicle.
