I went with one of their five star sources and the item came within two days of ordering
well packed and as described.
I like the fact that they have a star rating for their sources .”

We do need to communicate with both parties in any dispute, and this can take time with some toing and froing. Our understanding is that a refund was agreed on 18/11/2023.
