I purchased parts from Durby Auto salvage ltd they supplied bad quality and rusted parts parts were sent back to them they have refused to refund the money they are dubious supplier and cheeters i will see one more week if they dont refund i will out a claim against them.

Fast delivery and friendly on the phone but when the sun visor had arrived it was covered in oil from dirty hands and it wouldn’t come off so a waste of money I couldn’t put it in my car!

Bought towbar for my transit 2 weeks ago, still hasn't arrived. It was posted to Scotland somehow by mistake even though I'm in Cornwall. Was promised it would be here by yesterday but nothing yet.

ordered an item and they found it. which was a positive ! The company gave a good price so I contacted them and asked about delivery time. They said two working days which was ideal as I needed item quick. A couple of working days later no delivery. Called them up again as I'd given bank card details but they hadn't taken payment for it. They said no they will take payment when item is despatched. A week later still no delivery so I contacted again. No reply! I still don't have the item and don't know if it will even be sent so unsure if I should buy somewhere else now and risk ending up paying for another I don't need. 1st choice should be following up on poor service through their suppliers as I doubt I will use them again. Uncertainty of whether an item will arrive or not isn't something I can accept.

The windscreen we ordered was unusable. Autoglass would not fit it as it was so badly damaged. We have tried to reclaim our £500 or at least get another windscreen but the seller has refused. Basically we have paid £500 for rubbish. I would never use this service again as we bought it on trust only to be ripped off. The money we will now have to spend to replace the part means we can't afford to go on a camping holiday. This is particularly upsetting because I have terminal breast cancer and who knows when or how we can have a family break. I intend to write to all persons involved at the highest level and will also write as many bad reviews as I can, naming the thieves on social media etc.

Though the headlamp unit was ok lens wise, nothing else worked and the expense of these parts will be enormous as was the unit itself. I paid £250 for the headlight only to be told the ballast and Bulb were free, and sold as seen. The bulb is £15 The ballast even s/h is £50 if you you can find one which works. NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

The initial response was good but I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for the part to arrive and was promised 2 to 3 days. I have tried chasing up but I have to deal directly with the supplier and they don't care and won't chase up the delivery.

Didn't have the correct parts, even though reg & photos provided. Lost parts from alternative supplier. Was dealing with owner, got quote, provided photos. All good. Next day, sales chap dispatch goods, confirmed only 1 item. No had ordered & provided photos for 2 items. No problem. Dispatch goods. Later that day ,get message , wrong bits, ???. No solution!

I paid for the engine over the phone, and i was called a fraud by Rochdale motors, they wanted me to send them a copy of my ID which i find it unacceptable. They cancelled the order and kept both my money and the engine for a week, i had to chase them and do a regular visit to my bank to get a refund. I would say that is the worst company i have business with.

I paid 511.00pounds for transfer box on 29th June 3 to 4 days delivery 2nd July I rang to see if it had been dispatched they said they couldn't because they needed pictures so I sent some .on the 3rd I rang to see if they had them they said they did and would let me know if it was the right one 5o'clock I rang them back to see if it was they said they would look Monday 6th so I rang them they said to stop pestering them and if I rang them again the would not send it and keep 20 percent of my money it's the 8th today and I still don't have my parts what sort of service is this .

DISAPOINTING AT BEST! OUTRIGHT FRAUD & ROBERY AT WORST! Asad of M and A Autospares tel. 07405 264239 said he had part & would send on receipt of payment. I transferred money as requested, but despite phone & text conversations with excuses & promised deadline dates for delivery NOTHING HAS ARRIVED AFTER 5 WEEKS OR THE PROMISED REFUND if he was unable to supply. Now the voice mail is full & there is no response!

BE VERY CAREFUL. I used this service to source a new wheel. Gave the registration make and model of the car. Confirmed the tyre size on the phone. Wheel turned up the wrong size. 3 month guarantee, but refused refund as 'Nothing wrong with the wheel'. Uneconomic to return, so money down the drain.

To start with thought great had parts sent to me payment taken when opened parts found not everything was there I requested now NO COMMS WITH SUPPLIERS VERY DISAPPOINTED WOULD NOT USE AGAIN

If after checking your emails or texts, you do not receive many quotes first time round, it's likely your parts were not widely available on that day.
