“No problem with the service at all up to the point of receiving the engine. The price seemed fair and delivery was prompt. However, at no point during the purchase was I told that if I didn't need it and wanted to return it there would be a 30% surcharge, so when it turned out I didn't need it I was faced with losing a lot of money to send it back. The bloke I spoke to said they weren't required to explain terms and conditions over the phone and that they were all in the paperwork that came with the engine, but it's a bit late once you've bought it. Just be wary of this.”
“Only one supplier answered my enquiry with a quote. Did not enumerate the parts included in the pack. I asked if he could let me know the cost of shipping to New Zealand but he failed to follow up on this. Generally rather inadequate response, unfortunately.”
