“2 sources were quickly found for the "out of stock" piece I needed for my 20 year old motorhome. Prices were given, I choose the cheapest, which was fitted by my garage and worked fine. It had a one month guarantee which allowed its satifaction to be determined.”
“We ordered the gearbox on the 22/7/24 and received 7 days later on the 1/8 , we did expect to receive the gearbox a little earlier.We contacted Motors in Motion on a couple of occassions i found the company very polite and good to deal with, all though had to ask for a receipt a couple of times before i received one.

“3 respondents did not have the correct sized wheel, which is OK. However 2 dealers claimed to have the correct wheel, and promised delivery next day or in 2-3 days. In both cases payment was not taken and nothing arrived. This was in spite of being told they would send a tarcking number by Whatsapp in the second case. I cannot detect a fraud, but replaced 2 credit cards to be on the safe side.”

“Whilst I have no issue with 1st Choice Spares specifically, I’m very much unimpressed with the business I was connected with.
I very specifically requested a rear wheel, supplying the correct part number and bead size.
Unfortunately, after having confirmed my requirements I was sent an incorrect part.
Turns out the breaker went on eBay to purchase the item.
The reason I went to the breaker network in the first place was because I couldn’t find the part I needed on the open market, including eBay.
I had to wait 10 days for delivery, and now have to return the item.
On trying to speak with the breakers yard I am told the owner is unavailable and continually get connected to a call centre in India
Eventually I was supplied with a returns label that only covered the parcel weight up to 2kgs. The wheel weighs 16kg, so more back and forth.
The whole process has been extremely frustrating to say the least.”
