“Was approached by 1st line re future planning, and arranged meeting. Their rep Mary explained what was on offed and how we could avoid potential loss of our estate. We ended up setting up a Trust and lasting power of Attorney . Glad we did this.”

“Spoke with Josh on the phone who initially rang me. He was very polite and friendly, he explained everything well and booked an appointment to suit us. Leslie Davis came out to see us and whilst being very professional and thorough in going through all the information and details answering all our questions, she was friendly and easy to speak with. My husband and I were both very happy with the service recieved so far.”

“Thank goodness for Mercia, she was so helpful and put our minds at rest with regard to our estate. We have been thinking about a will change, but never got round to it. Mercia also helped us with property protection, which we are very pleased about as neither of us knew about this. A really lovely lady who we felt very comfortable with and so glad she was the one we dealt with, thank you”
