“We were worried about making a will and my wife and I were arguing constantly about who gets what and how to go about this . We found 1st Line future planning and made an appointment.The Representative who came to see us was Susan Renna. This lady has the patience of a saint explaining everything to us and answering our questions making sure we understand everything, as we knew absolutely nothing about Wills, Power of Attorney or Trusts. Susan came across as a very knowledgeable but caring person and very easy to talk too, nothing was a problem any more. We arranged a second visit with Susan (as she had kindly given us time to consider and take everything in ) she had certainly given us plenty to think about, we then did some research not only on 1st Line future planning but on wills, Trusts and Power of attorney. Based on our experience with Susan our decision to go with her plan for us was made and we now have peace of mind, a sense of security and no more arguments! Thank you Susan .”
